The Inspiration
Creative director Eugenia Bruni leads us into the roots of her family story, in the heart of the most authentic Calabria. It is here, amidst wild nature and emotional memory, that a tale of strength and femininity takes shape. During a visit to her father's childhood home, nestled in nature, Eugenia finds herself in a place inhabited by silence and the breath of the earth. Guided by a butterfly, she reaches the Valley of the Mountain, where a rose appears—solitary and absolute, suspended in dew: a symbol of beauty, transformation, and feminine mystery.
A powerful image that awakens the memory of Aunt Rosina—the woman who welcomed her father to Valenza, a tireless muse, small in stature but full of energy, devoted to family, to helping others, and to the land. Rosina thus becomes the name and soul of the collection: a tribute to all the women who leave an invisible yet profound mark on our lives.
